Before we start :

• Getting a copyrights is FREE and is often enough for individuals and it’s Globally accepted.

• Getting a trade mark will COST you depending upon the country and their system, and is recommended for companies or group of companies.

Getting your FREE Copyrights globally :

Step 1 : Go to this link

Step 2 : Choose your requirements and once done copy the HTML code

Step 3 : Paste that HTML code on your ARTWORKS / WEBSITES online, like I did in my side-menu

Getting your Trade Mark in India :

Step 1 : Go to this link

Step 2 : Choose class type as 3 and certificate type as signature

Step 3 : Choose your requirements and pay the corresponding money and get your Class 3 Digital Signature

Step 4 : You can also get your Class 3 Digital Signature in India in following locations here

Step 5 : Go to this link

Step 6 : Download and install Signing Component as given in this instruction manual

Step 7 : Apply for your Trade Mark in the link given at Step 5

Step 8 : Once applied check the status of your application here
