App not deploying in Android Studio – RESOLVED

Hello there everyone,

This week we are going to see this unique bug in the version 3.1 (as on 4/7/2018)

In which when you try to deploy your application into an emulator or phone it throws NULL POINTER EXCEPTION @Insta Run Implementation

Step 1: Go to Settings -> Build, Execution, Deployment -> Instant Run

Step 2: Disable insta-run checkbox and click OK

NOTE:

THIS ISSUE MAY OR MAY NOT BE FIXED IN THE UPCOMING VERSIONS…
